Refound Policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items sold by www.easydvdmart.com within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. Please make sure the item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. I recommend you to obtain the proof of postage in this case. Requesting a Replacement
If the DVD you received is damaged or can not play, you can request a replacement for the same item. At this time, exchanges for different items are not possible, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
Requesting a Refund
If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item will be credited. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment. Please notice that our customer should take responsibility for the return shipping cost. We offer outstanding value in the products that we sell by having a discounted shipping structure. In order to maintain such low price and top service, we do not offer a refund on the return delivery costs.
Processing Your Refund
When we get the item you sent back, we'll refund you. Please allow 15 days to process your refund. Once we refund you, we'll notify you and the money will be back into your card in 15 business days. If there is a delay for the refund, we'll keep you informed.
